Headlining Lucky Strike Live in Hollywood

After a crushing set headlining Lucky Strike Live in Hollywood, CA on November 3rd, the band has been asked to return to headline again on Friday, January 19th for a FREE concert. Opening band will start at 9pm and a late-night band will cap the evening til 12:45am. The FU^K lineup features band leader Pete Pidgeon on guitar and vocals, bassist Pete Griffin (Zappa Plays Zappa, Edgar Winter, Paul Gilbert), drummer Cain Daniel (JMSN), tenor saxophonist Woody Mankowski (Aretha Franklin, Daryl Steurmer), and keyboardist Yakub Saputra. FU^K returns for the 3rd consecutive year to headline the exponentially-growing Joyride Anniversary Block Party in Edgewater, CO. This year the crowd is expected to double from 2,000 to over 4,000 attendees and the stage will be festival size. Held on the banks of Sloan Lake at the intersection of Sheridan Boulevard and West 26th Avenue, the event will warm up at 1:30pm with bands Johnny Tarr, Full Of Mirrors, DIRT, Coambient, and Wandering Natives. FU^K plays two sets to cap the night from 8:00 - 10:00pm featuring special guest vocalists Devon Parker (Analog Son), and Emma Wallingford (Emma Mayes and the Hips). All ages, food trucks, and brewery collaborations with Elk Mountain Brewing, Little Machine Beer, and Hogshead Brewery.

FU^K headlines the Joyride Brewing 2nd Anniversary Block Party on the shore of Sloan Lake in Edgewater, CO (W 20th Ave. & Sheridan Blvd.) 10 minutes west of Denver on Saturday, July 16th from 6:30 - 10:00pm. The festival-style event will feature other bands during the day, food trucks, vendors, sponsors, kid-friendly attractions, and Joyride's fresh beer made on site. This show will feature a full 3-piece horn section and percussion! FREE and open to the public of ALL AGES.

If you play funk, bring your instrument or voice and maybe you can sit in with the band. Drums, amps, pedal boards, and keyboards are backlined but guitars and basses are not. There is no door cover but there is a suggested donation of your choosing.

This is the Official FU^K Relaunch Party! After an 8-month residency at the now-defunct Armoury, FU^K returns by debuting a brand new set of originals and covers. The second set will once again feature the Open Jam which started it all. If you play funk, bring your instrument or voice and maybe you can sit in with the band. Drums, amps, pedal boards, and keyboards are backlined but guitars and basses are not. The one and only Venus Cruz, featuring members of What Young Men Do, kick off the event at 9pm.
