After a crushing set headlining Lucky Strike Live in Hollywood, CA on November 3rd, the band has been asked to return to headline again on Friday, January 19th for a FREE concert. Opening band will start at 9pm and a late-night band will cap the evening til 12:45am. The FU^K lineup features band leader Pete Pidgeon on guitar and vocals, bassist Pete Griffin (Zappa Plays Zappa, Edgar Winter, Paul Gilbert), drummer Cain Daniel (JMSN), tenor saxophonist Woody Mankowski (Aretha Franklin, Daryl Steurmer), and keyboardist Yakub Saputra. On Friday, November 18th, DJ Logic and FU^K will co-headline the 1000-seat Summit Music Hall in Denver, CO and feature Allen Aucoin of The Disco Biscuits on drums, Kim Dawson of Pimps of Joytime, and the Two Dolla Crack Horns. The bill will also include Pete Pidgeon & Arcoda (featuring the Doves Singers and the Two Dolla Crack Horns), DJ Russo, and Zero Found. The event is presented by Local Product of Colorado and Budbo. Following an 8-month residency at the now-defunct Armoury, FU^K returns with a Relaunch Party at Cervantes Other Side in Denver on Wednesday, April 27th! The one and only Venus Cruz with members of What Young Men Do kick off the event at 9pm. There's no cover before 9pm, so come down early and save your funds for merchandise.
